2. How do I get to the hotel?

It is recommended to get to Elegant Suites via a taxi.

3. How to reach the hotel from the airport?
It is recommended to contact Elegant Suites for the limousine/airport pick-up service prior to your arrival. Alternatively, get a taxi 
from one of the following reputable companies: Airport Taxi, Venus Taxi, Noibai Taxi

4. Do you provide an internet access?
Complimentary cable and wifi internet is available throughout the property

5. When is the check-in/check-out time?
Our check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in is available, FOC but subject to availabilities.

6. What is the breakfast time? 
Breakfast is served from 6.30AM - 10.00AM everyday at our restaurant

7. Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with in-room washer and dryer. In addition, we also provide laundry and dry cleaning services.

8. Do you have fitness facilities?

Yes, a 24/7 fully equipped Gym is available within the property.

9. What is maximum number of people in each apartment type?
Each apartment covers the following number of guests:
Studio: 2 guests
1 Bedroom: 2 guests
2 Bedroom: 4 guests
3 Bedroom: 6 guests

10. Can the whole Carina be hired out for a private group
Yes, it can and we are delighted to receive such requests. Please contact us in writing with the exact details as early as possible so that we can guarantee availability

11. Do you have Suites and access for persons in wheelchairs?

We do not have appartments specifically designed for persons in wheelchairs, however there is ample room to allow wheelchair mobility.

12. Do you accept pets?

Yes we do. However, they must meet our policies and regulations.

13. What electrical voltage/points are there
220 V & 2 pin plug. If you have a 2 pin adapter please bring it with you

14. Do you provide parking and what is the cost?

Yes, parking lots are available.
For long-term stay, it costs US$150nett/car/month
For short-term stay. Free of charge

15. Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?
Yes you may leave your luggage with our reception

16. What are the reception opening hours?
The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

17. Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

No, but we provide private airport transfer services.

18. Do you provide baby cots and extra beds and the cost?
